Patience is key when putting this model together. I purchased this model for my 4th grade son social studies project, we found the most tedious part of putting this model together were the first 3 steps. It took about 1 1/2 hours minus the breaks we took.

This was smaller than I expected, the metal paper was flimsy and once had to fold some of the pieces they would break. I bought for my sons school project and it did the job, but will definitely read more about a product for I buy something like this again.

This product and all of the Metal Earth items are not toys. They are an intricate model that takes patience and skill to complete. They were not FUN to put together but challenging. The result s very satisfying and the models striking. Do not give this to a child or anyone who has a short attention span or gets frustrated easily. They are fragile before you start building, during the building process and after. The metal bends very easily and care must be taken to properly shape those pieces that require shaping. The right tools are essential. You will need fine needle nose pliers, tweezers, straight edges for bending, a shear cutter to remove the pieces from the metal sheet and a good magnifying lamp. The effort will be worth it. For your first model you should choose an easy one such as the Washington Monument. Then you can graduate up to the more difficult . Stay away from the tanks until you have gained some experience. These are not your everyday kits.

Es sencillo de armar, pero también se desprenden muy fácil las pequeñas piezas plegables, ocupas de herramienta básica como piensas par armarlo. Tienes que ser delicado y a lo último si no tienes cuidado queda doblado

I would rather get water boarded than have to put this thing to gather. I gave up after wasting 30 min of my life. Will have to find something else for the school project.

I live in Tacoma which is about an hour drive south of Seattle. Being that I live so close and been there many times I knew I wanted this. There are alot of pieces so it will take a while to put together but I am excited to be able to do it.

Not what I was expecting. My fault for not reading the description closer.

This was a frustrating venture. Some pieces broke while removing them from the template and the assembly instructions were unclear. Shipping was good, product not so much!

My 2nd Favorite 3D puuzzle. SO awesome until ONE step !!! Because of only 1 step, It became nearly impossible. And so… all of the metal eventually snapped and I skipped it. Surprised, because it was a Metal Earth product and could not bend more than 2x at this step. But, I managed to make what looks like the Seattle Space Needle.
PLEASE CONSTRUCT OF STRONGER METAL AND LONGER TABS.
Whether you are a Novice or not, Longer tabs are necessity and creases/bends need to withstand more than 2.
This only occurred once during this puzzle and not in others… So, I hope it’s a random occurrence.
