I’ve just started painting Flames of War and Team Yankee models. Vallejo’s acrylic paints are perfect for them! In fact, Vallejo has some kind of link to the game’s maker because Flames of War painting guides (for example, the book Colours of War) all give directions for using Vallejo paints. Regardless, the paints really are great. They go on smoothly and provide a very nice finish. This utility set is particularly helpful. I use Iraqui Sand to dry brush my tanks, use Oily Steel for tracks and tools, and make copious use of the Sepia and Black washes.

I used to use wahammer 40k paint and I would have to thin it to use and I still wasn’t ever satisfied with the end result .flames of war infantry and tanks are what I’m painting now and I am getting a better finish with this product .
