    This is a nice model all parts individually wrapped. Part sprunes nice and crisp with very little flash.
    Very nice detail on engine and interior. Would like to see more front end detail on bottom
    Front end goes in as one piece with steel rods for axels front and rear. Hood is movable, but not trunk

    I purchased this as a gift and was surprised to find that at this price NO PAINT is included. For this price, it should include acrylic paint. The description should definitely be MUCH clearer as the picture indicates a color, and it’s a “KIT” so one could only assume. And, because this was a gift I had no clue until the recipient opened and noticed he needed additional supplies. A real BUMMER!

    Ordered from the USA as it wasn’t available in the UK, took about 3 weeks to arrive but worth the wait.

    Went together very nicely. Very good fit and finish of the parts. Next to no trimming needed. Very nice model to assemble. I painted mine in a flat green to mimic the Bullitt Mustang.

    Molding quality has improved 10 fold since the last time I looked at one of these model kits. There doesn’t appear to be any warping of parts & all the molding tree’s appear to be neat & clean. The only thing which initially stood out – just did a quality check of the model & looking at the instructions pre assembly – I noticed the actual body shell isn’t molded in the highest thickness – seems to be really really thin – “almost” transparent – but – as mentioned – the body doesn’t appear to be warped or missing any detail – so – it should be ok. I plan on building this puppy completely custom from the ground up – certainly not OEM – I was planning on trying my hand @building it as “Eleanor” – but – it’s been so long – at least 30 years – since I’ve built a model – that there’s no way I can even begin to come even close to a “Eleanor” – thus – Candy Apple Red & a few other “show” colours & details it’s gonna be. Good excuse to save up my pennies for a air brush kit & then I’ll try my hand @ creating a “Eleanor” 🙂
