This is in reference specifically to the T-90A part of the kit. The turret and hull assembly is relatively straight forward but if you’re used to Tamiyas 1/48 armor kits the fit is incredibly fiddly and you will find some gaps even with careful assembly and using Tamiya extra thin cement. The place this kit falls apart is the tracks and suspension. Perhaps with some forewarning you could carefully craft a jig to assemble the suspension truly square, following the instructions this will not be the case. Then even if you achieved that the track segments are truly too short. You will find yourself trying to carefully juggle fitting the track while removing road wheels to try and assist the procedure. Forget about doing the tracks separate then putting them on the completed lower hull, its essentially impossible. You could find a solution by cutting the upper portion hidden under the fender to get the lower, exposed portion to fit better but heres the thing; you shouldn’t have too. Just bad engineering. On a kit like this, in this scale on this type of tank a “rubber band” style track would have been totally acceptable with no noticeable decline in detail or quality. Just skip this kit, build one in 1/35 or if you’re like me use it to make a diorama of a destroyed T-90A with the decent elements of the kit. Otherwise avoid this one.

It is a great kit! The price is a bit high though
