Its a good model. But it is not 1:350 scale, according to wikipedia and other supporting documents the yasen class is about 450 feet long. And about the same diameter as an ohio class. I have a virginia model and an ohio model in my collection aswell. This yasen model is the same exact size as the virginia. This keads me to believe this model is scales improperly. But oh well most people wouldnt notice

The latest version of Russian subs is now out in !-350th scale as a full hull model. I found it fairly accurate, and easy to put together. I sure you will, too. A very interesting subject, it made a great addition to my display of subs. I can recommend it to those who are looking for something new.

Nice kit of an ugly submarine. Goes together fast and easy. Nice amount of detail. Not a lot more to say. Hobby Boss is doing a much needed service in filling a gap in 1/350 modern subs.
