I’m a professional cake designer and this is the 3rd one of these I have purchased. One I use at home & the other two I use at work. It is compact & fits into the space I store it at work. Perfect for cleaning out my airbrush & keeps my workspace from developing the “airbrush cloud of mist” on my counter top. I can’t imagine working without it now!

    Missing:
    The extra filter pads.
The airbrush holder that connects to the pot.
    The How to book.

Easy to use and clean. As mentioned in a previous review, the airbrush support does fit loosely. However I don’t use it. Not only is it not really necessary when cleaning, my airbrush has a Mac valve and it interferes with having a clear path when inserting the airbrush into the pot.

These things are all the same, so the fact this one comes with all these cool accessories is a plus! & the stand is sturdy, I’ve used this for months now & it hasn’t let me down. It also comes with extra air filters which is cool. I’d recommend this for a avid airbrush user for sure!

If you want to try airbrushing, you will need a cleaning kit. The hardest part of airbrushing is keeping the airbrush clean , and the airbrush cups

This airbrush is exactly what I need for my model build. Very easy to use, cleans up well and is a great value for your money. This unit replaced a older airbrush I had and this product is by far superior in every aspect.

I don’t regret my purchase, as having a cheap airbrush has helped teach me some basic airbrush stuff I want to know before investing in a more expensive product. But still, it is disappointing that my airbrush is basically falling apart within a week of purchase.

The hose never quite fit well in the airbrush. I turn it and turn it and it doesn’t fasten. It seems like it’s about it and then it slips off. I guess the grooves are off or it’s the wrong size or something. So I get it as tight as I can and it sort of works unless I nudge it or something while working with it. Disappointing, but not an unreasonable inconvenience for the low cost of this kit.

But then the plastic airbrush holder broke when I left the airbrush in overnight. One day I just found my airbrush on the floor and though “That’s odd.” When I went to put it back, I discovered the plastic airbrush holder had snapped apart. Perhaps my other problems were due to that impact with the floor — I’m not sure. Last time I went to use the airbrush, I had extremely low pressure and discovered error coming out of the moisture trap. When I tried to investigate why it was like that or if something needed tightening or something, it snapped in half. Two parts that were glued together just became unglued. The airbrush is now completely unusable until I replace the moisture trap.

The moisture trap, the airbrush holder, and the hose are all defective. The only parts that seem to be working properly in this airbrush/compressor kit are… well, the airbrush and compressor.

So that’s still pretty good, right?

I’m confused now about whether I should order a new moisture trap (like $10 or so) from Amazon and continue using this kit until something else goes wrong or if I should just upgrade now to a better unit, much sooner than I had expected. Although I’m disappointed to have to already stop using my airbrush after only one week and about four models, I have learned a lot about airbrush usage, maintenance, and cleaning in that time. Education and a week’s worth of practice is well worth the $50 price tag if I can make use of what I learned. So no regrets. But a note of caution.
