7 months later my husband still hasn’t put it together because we needed to buy a wire cutter to cut out the individual pieces- otherwise they would have broken. It’s tedious and gets in the way of getting to the enjoyable part–assembly.

These are not easy kits. This one has a lot of curves which can be tricky. You often discover one or two steps later that you got the curvature a bit wrong and have to go back and fix it. But the metal is soft and so adjustments aren’t too hard. So this one might not be a good one to start with.
Make sure you have the tools. Also watch the videos by experts on youtube.
Very satisfying to complete.
(Annoyed with myself for leaving out one part but it’s hidden by the cloth that comes with this kit so nobody knows but me.)

I love these Metal Earth models and I was so pumped to find baby Yoda. I’m not the greatest at these but they are still fun. Take your time, use some strong tweezers and some fine point snips to clip out the pieces and you will be fine. It is the way

the only problem was the sharp points on the cradle but once assembled not an issue.

Fun and a little challenging to put together. It was fun. And now it’s on a shelf with all of the other Star Wars Metal Earth models I’ve put together. This is the way!

One tip I do want to put out there make sure you double check the instructions before you lock your metal pieces place, model came out good but there was fault in my part that I just failed to realize that the pieces I had where wrong, only remove what you are using specifically from the template to prevent this.
