CMDR Vacendak –
This is a top notch detail up kit. The amount of detail it adds to the model really brings it to life and makes it pop. Its exactly what I would expect for a detail up kit that costs more than the actual model. Its definitely not for faint of heart or one who wants to knock out a model quickly but totally worth the time, money, and at time frustration. The wood decks fits like a glove with the exception of the main deck see below for that. I might use a few scrap pieces to see if I can vary the color a bit more though.

The Instructions:
They include a good amount of pictures but are a little lacking in the “what plastic you need to remove to make it work” department. The pictures do help you figure it out but for such an expensive kit I’d like to see a little more there.
The Main Deck:
I’m not sure why with all of the other openings that are cut that they left the really large opening where the superstructure attaches to the main deck for the modeler to cut freehand. It would be on thing if it were small and square but its not.
Peking_Duck –
This Detail Up Kit is getting harder to find than Unicorns and an Honest Politician. The parts include brass turned barrels, PE surface details/parts, wooden deck mask and resin parts to correct model faults. Yes, it was pricey, but if you plan to go All-In when you build your USS Arizona, there is no better Detail Up Parts Kit.
