Simple to build and looks good. The gas pump nozzles are VERY fragile and arrived broken off the tree at the spouts. Other than that, it’s a fantastic model!

Wow this is a pretty big HO scale Modern Gas Station and will need a lot of room to place it on your train table.. This kit is very highly detailed and can be made into 2 different brands of gas station depending on which set of water transfers you use when you build it.
Right out of the box there is really no need to paint this because it already comes in realistic colored plastic, but I chose to paint mine anyways because I like to do that with all my stuff, I recommend if you paint it to do so while its still on the sprues and when done to spray some mat varnish on it to protect the paint..
The kit comes with 4 parking lot slabs and takes up a lot of space, if you really wanted this model and lacked the space you could always leave out a parking lot slab.
This kit was well worth the price and once you put it together and see the size and detail on it, you will know why the price is as it is.. I am super happy with this kit and enjoyed hours of fun painting and putting it together.
The directions are easy to follow and are more detailed then you would expect drom Walthers, atleast that has been my experiance so far with Walthers model kits and the directions that come or do not come with them.
The only negitive thing i can say about this kit is about the windows that come with it.. Instead of them being pre cut to place them easier, all you get is a sheet of clear plastic that you have to measure and cut the windows out yourself.

The kit is well-designed, well-labeled, and moderately easy to build. It totally adds a very contemporary flair to my train layout and is really enjoyed by visitors. The decals are awesome, even down to the gas prices on the road sign. The ampIe parking lot pavement is a big plus. Also, I like the realism of the roof mounted AC units. I cut out the Wawa logo from paper fliers to change the company name from Petro to Wawa, which is a prominent chain in my location. It was easy to do.
