This was my 2nd wooden model build. Very enjoyable watching it come together! It’s very important to follow the steps provided explicitly…no shortcuts! Be gentle and patient with the pieces as some are very thin and easily break. Be especially careful when pressing smaller pieces together! Have fun with it…I did!

Be prepared to concentrate. If you don’t have patients or you are heavy handed; don’t do this.
I am amazed at the engineering it took to make all these laser cut parts fit so precisely. When they are
together it is very strong. This is not my first one. I haven’t put models together since I was a little boy
and this is a nice way to get back to focusing on what’s in front of you.
I also think it’s a good idea (not cheating) to have hobby files; eases the mating of the parts. They
provide a piece of sandpaper, nice touch but……Also, along the way I use a super glue or thin CA (contact adhesive)to make things permanent for display. I am looking foreword to making a display stand for it.
It was a gift from my wife; she thinks it’s beautiful.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my dad and he loved it!
It will take a few hours, but it’s relatively easy to assemble. You will have to sand down some of the pieces, as they are a little sharp, due to having been laser cut.
Overall, very good quality for the price. Will definitely be buying some of the other designs in the future.

The pieces are very small and fragile so you have to be careful when you build the puzzles. Some of the pieces broke. Other than that the puzzle was pretty fun.

If a part doesn’t fit then it’s the wrong part. Everything fit perfectly. A lot of detail. Instructions could be better but overall easy to understand. Recommend this one.

Pcs are small, not good for big hands.
Need lots of patience as pieces break easily or just fall off..
I’ve done many wood models and this one is about to get put in garbage.

I got this puzzle for my dad when he was going thru Cancer Treatment out of state and needed something to keep him occupied when not feeling good. This puzzle came in handy since he loves to build thing and wood work.

I like that the instructions are very well written with very good images. I use colored magic markers and water-based acrylic paint to finalize the project. Colored markers do not obscure any designs, but the paint will. Use paint in places where there are no designs.

Have patience…the enjoyment of the assembly takes time. I was impressed with the precision laser cut and fit. Yes, everything fits very well. Pay particular attention to the images in the instructions, as they are absolutely critical to the orientation of the assembly. Some items will require time to “line-up” and “fit”. Some items are very small and delicate. Must have a razor blade (or Exacto Knife) to separate the items from the board…make a very light cut on BOTH side before punching out the item. I found that a needle nose plier helped with a few joints. The instructions are very clear and concise. Also pay attention to the sequence-of-order (i.e. 1, 2 ,3 etc) when assembling. There are some spare items in case of a broken piece. Don’t force anything as the fit will work. One important tip is to use the sanding square to lightly (and I mean lightly) shave a very small amount of material for some of the joints as the fitting process can be very tight. Had a great time putting it together. Took about a week of leisure time (1 to 2 hours a day). I’ll be working on the Military Jeep next.

I’ve built several wooden construction kits over the years and this one I would consider alright, even though it’s finished it just doesn’t seem as gratifying as I thought with as much effort I put into making sure each part is flush with each notch. The included piece of sand paper adds an extra star to make this a 4 out of 5 instead, but I would rathet buy other kits instead.

This is a fun model to build, you have to be careful It is delicate and the pieces will break so take your time and think about what you’re pressing against when pushing the piece in. Enjoy
