This cement is a game changer. Tube glue is awful and this product takes all the pain away. Highly recommend.

I’ve just recently gotten into building model cars. I’m retired and too old to work on real cars. The last model car I built was sixty years ago. Things have changed a lot since then. One thing is the cement or glue. This Tamiya Extra Thin cement is really a huge improvement over the old Testors tube glue. Very easy to use and really holds. It’s a lot more expensive than the old glue, but worth it. It has a strong smell, so you need ventilation. I wouldn’t recommend it for kids unless there was close adult supervision.

Haven’t bin able to use the product as it turned up smashed and empty. How ever I have used this b4 and would recommend it to others but not from this company.

So easy to apply the glue where you need it. I love how you can hold pieces together and use the brush to apply the glue to hold them in place.

I would recommend this for model parts that keep falling off or that need repair.
It’s not too thick so it doesn’t spread out too much when you press parts together.

I know this is the extra thin cement but didn’t work for me, poor adhesion. As a big fan of Tamiya products was disappointed with this, was expecting something better.

Should have just gone with Tamiya in the first place. And no streamers of glue coming off the applicator! My sanity is saved.

this is a huge improvement over Revell glue but it’s not without its problems.
the brush applicator is great because it allows a greater degree of control.
But I feel like you need to wear a respirator with this stuff. I’ve used it to make a few smaller models and I’ve had headaches and a sore throat from the fumes. comparatively, I’ve only experienced with Revell during longer builds.
