  1. P.Rowston

My main issue is that the contents of the box bear little relation to the pictures on it, and even less relation to the picture used to advertise it on Amazon. Both illustrations show clearly defined figures in multi colour rather than the monotone green miniatures inside. Very disappointing!

  2. Amazon Customer

    Good value kit

  3. Galway Customer..

    Nice set of figures

  4. Ironmike

This is not a toy! This is an older kit and the figures are vey wooden like and the feet, with all of Tamiya’s figures look like they are caked with mud. No facial details, stiff positioning but, with a bit of clean up and fileing and some replacement heads (Hornet or Warriors), these can be turned into a much better diorama than expected. The one great item in this kit is the pedastal-mounted .50 MG w/ drum and the figure firing it can be a nice pairing. I’d recommend another kit from any of the other, better-quality outfits before buying this unless you have a lot of patience, a sharp razor knife and good files.
Three .50 drums and that is stretching it.

They look great, useful for dioramas

  6. me here again

    Great piece for my diorama

  7. Jimmy P

We all see and expect a few seem lines here and there but these boys had what looked a pale green ready brek glow round them. I am all for a bit of scraping and sanding but come on this was horrendous ! not what you would expect from Tamiya… now I know why it was cheap !! please take this into account before purchase. Unless I was unlucky and it slipped through quality control late one night and every one had been on the sauce !

  8. Joanne D.

    Grandson loved them

  9. Robert Mason

Even though a older Tamiya kit. The details are clean and well done. Adds that final touch to any diorama or even stand alone. A good display starts with little details.

  10. Tree

Tamiya really needs to up thier game on figure models they were great in the day but time hasn’t been kind. Nostalgia.

  11. karen oscroft

Disappointed in this product thought it was individual soldiers but each soldier was in tiny pieces which were to hard for a young child to put together would not recommend this product

  12. Kindle Customer

This is a great kit! The figures are presented in various poses with various equipment, all of which are vital for any serious modeler looking to make an action filled WWII or Korea era diorama. Only observations are the usual need to trim edges on pieces before gluing, and have putty ready to fill in the gaps. It would not hurt to buy a few American unit decal sheets either, as having the correct unit patches for the area of battle you are portraying does wonders to add to the realism of your diorama.

  13. Theodore Roome

Unique action figures. Some very small parts but not too difficult
