I love it!

It’s a very expensive kit if you want an accurate E75. This kit lacks a lot of things. I found myself replacing almost all the parts with parts from other kits….

Fantastic kit

Here is a great kit of a “paper panzer” – vehicles that the Germans during WWII were thinking about building but never did. This vehicle would have been a replacement for the vaunted Panther tank and also led to standerdization of the German manufacturing process. I like vehicles and aircraft that “might-have-been” had the Germans focused their efforts and resources on just a few items instead of many. Trumpeter must also like the idea for they continue to offer model kits of these hypothetical vehicles and aircraft. Anyway, this kit is simply AWESOME. The kit litterally builds itself it is that good. Fit of parts is excellent and everything just plops together. The turret looks like a King Tiger turret placed onto a hy-brid style body. You get 2 styles of main gun barrels: an early short barrel and a late longer barrel. Just had to use the longer barrel. Photo-etched parts are provided for engine grills. You also get a small sheet of generic decals – just numbers and some German crosses, nothing to brag about. Kit box is the standard tuff-to-crush Trumpeter style. Bought this kit and a few other of the newer Trumpeter paper-panzers through eHobbies via Amazon and I have never had any problems with either company. Package arrived about 3 days earlier than promised – eHobbies are good at that and prices are a bit more realistic than other on-line sites or hobby shops. Trumpeter has become my favorite kit manufacturer for they offer kits of unusual subjects, add a color instruction sheet for painting references, add the required photo-etched items into the kit instead of ripping you off and selling them seperately, attention to detail, and their kits are just awesome to build – very little, if any, problems. Remember that this is a PLASTIC MODEL KIT – ASSEMBLY IS REQUIRED. Paint and glue are sold separately. My expectations for this kit were exceeded.
