This is the second model kit from Trumpeter that I have built/am building and it is another great kit. It’s not very often you can find a model kit for under $30.00 that has the quality and detail that this model has.
The box included an upper and lower hull, about a half dozen sprue trees, and a clear parts sprue as well. Of course eight rubber tires, a small sheet of photo etch parts, decal sheet, and a die cut sheet of stickers to mask off the turret windows for painting. The directions are very thorough and quite easy to follow.
It’s not a large kit but so far has been a very fun build. I am currently waiting on a photo etch tool to arrive before continuing with the build. The photo etch is optional and regular pieces are included if you don’t feel confident enough to utilize them. I will update my review with photos of the finished product when I have completed the kit.
So far this kit gets an A+ and the only reason it won’t look great when it’s done is 100% my modeling skills or lack thereof . If you are looking for a fun affordable kit give this one a try.
