   As far as fit goes, everything went together very easily. It was easy to attach the deck to the hull, which is not always the case. There was no warping and the the hull comes molded in red. I though Trumpeter went a little bit light on the decals thogh.

   This model experience would have been improved by indentification of the parts as well as a suggestion of a color scheme. Knowing what you’re doing helps explain the why and gives the modler a much better understanding of the ship.

   I was impressed with the detail and quality of the parts when I opened the box. I haven’t built a plastic model in over 30 years. Then I discovered that 6 cleats were missing from the rear deck. Later I found that one half of one of the catapults was missing as was one of the struts on a propeller shaft. None of these pieces was found in the packaging so I have to assume that there is a problem with quality control at the company.

   Average build, some of the pieces were fragile and broke. Not on par with Tamils models.
