Very hard to put together, they are not easy at all. but once you make it, kinda nice. we painted it so that it didnt look so cheap

This is a good basic kit that can be made into a nice detailed model. Biplanes – even this with simple construction can be tough on new modelers or children – but if you want to try – this is a good starting point. Limited in kit decal selection but tons available after- market. Note the cockpit is extremely simplified and will require “surgery” and super detailing if you want to have anything approaching a realistic cockpit. Overall good fit and can be made into a sweet little addition to a WWI model collection. Simple and fun. Not a
dream for advanced modelers but a great fun project kit for all levels.

Divertente da montare e facile anche per chi è alle prime armi, il problema che ho riscontrato è che sul sito c’è scritto che non necessita di montaggio.

We understand this would be small; however, it’s super small, very thin plastic-parts break when detaching from there molds…. My husband had to use shearing snips, grips, and superglue…. Not what I’d recommend for a 10yr old to build! Don’t invest in the Academy brand planes… we bought 2 and both were the same.

Pieces don’t really fit together very well. But hey, it’s a cheap plastic model and I knew that when I bought it.

One of the main features of many aeroplanes model, that motivates a person to purchase it, is the design or markings that represent a particular use of the aeroplane such as the country and/or circumstances of its use. This manufacturer used two pictures to represent the aeroplane design on the web, one Italian and the other French. No information is provided on the website concerning the fact that only one set of decals, representing only one design, is included in the kit. Furthermore, the set actually provided in the box represents a third country, so neither the Italian or French design were included. Given its low cost, I felt disinclined to send it back to the seller, however I felt cheated anyway and it was a disappointing purchase for the reasons explained. I think the manufacturer and seller should inform the potential customer about the actual content of the kit, and if they cannot afford to provide more than one set of designs, they should at least inform the customer about this on the website, before the customer orders this and finds out by opening the box. I suspect the seller may not even have produced the designs used in the publicity, otherwise what would stop them from publicising several different versions of this product? I think they did not actually bother to produce the designs advertised, and they simply use such designs to procure more orders. However, in my case this does not encourage to purchase any further products from this manufacturer, and others may be inclined the same way. If you are interested in any of the designs represented, you have no way to find out what are your chances of getting a particular design before you receive the delivery of the order.

Putting together was easy, painting it was a challenge as I never painted anything like this before. I guess the correct way to do this would be to paint the parts first and then assemble the tiny plane.
Discerning Shopper –
This plane was a perfect fit for my sons birthday. My only 2 complaints was that putting it together was not as easy as they stated, the instructions where not very good. Also it isn’t very durable, I found that the back wing pieces would just fall out. Not something I would allow the kids to play with.

Che sodisfazione montare questo modellino aereo e cercare di renderlo ancora piu aderente all’originale!
Shane –
Very nice product. Easy to assemble.
R. Voigt –
very low cost, less then 9 dollars. very simple construction. not much of a challenge. I would only recommended it to a new younger modeler. it only took about an hour to build.
