One nacelle was broken and all the pieces were not present when the sealed presentation box was opened. This seems to be a failure in Eaglemoss’s quality control as it appears that a broken model was carefully placed in the foam padding.

model was great for the most part. unfortunately, the “uss enterprise” was off center. too bad the company is out of business otherwise i would have exchanged it.

Highly detailed, seems very accurate. The model is heavy and seems pretty durable. The stand itself seems a bit flimsy, but overall a really great model. Would certainly recommend!

I ordered the Enterprise E at a good price mind you. Funny how it took longer than advertise to get to me just for them to send me another Enterprise D which ironically was cheaper. The Enterprise E which I paid I believe $75-ish which is now priced at $90 something, had many issues getting to me. Then excited to finally get it and it’s the wrong (Cheaper) Enterprise which I already have. Do not get me wrong. The product looked great even tho the box was open. And I love Eaglemoss products. I am disappointed I waited so long for the wrong thing. I will try again soon. I hope this was a one time issue.
