    Ship was expensive for its size.
    I expected a much larger model.
    Size was not noted in the advertizing of the product

    This is the OLD Revel Kit Mold that I used to build as a kid back in the 1970’s.

    Awesome Find.

    This is the old Revell kit, a good thing. Very nice kit and no flash, which is amazing for such an old mold.

    The kit appears or be well made but does not include rigging cotton ,which is very strange as all other brands I have built included rigging ,to me it is part of the kit .
    If you read the instructions it tells you that you need to buy it as an extra?!

    I received this item four days before it was supposed to arrive. Some of that may have been UPS serendipity but part of it has to be efficient shipping on the part of the seller.

    That being said I had some minor faults with the product itself. The model manufacturer does not bag the individual sprues that hold the parts and there were many parts off the sprues. While all the parts off the sprues seem intact this could easily not have been the case. While this could be considered a small issue it stopped me giving 5 stars. PLEASE note this does not reflect poorly on the seller, just the manufacturer.

    Product was great EXCEPT I ordered the wrong scale model. I needed a 1/70 scale model and I accidentally ordered a 1/200 scale model. Product was returned and credit card refunded..

    These model sailing ships of years ago are beautiful. The many parts in building each boat make it fun but the part I like is painting all the parts, decks & making the sails look like they are in the

    “wind” !
