   It’s was fun to building this kit.

   A great subject building, Merkava IDF Main Battle Tank

   Pro: goes to together well instructions are excellent to read in booklet format.

   Cons: small parts and track must be place together. Long track first Top and Bottom. Then the sprockets and take up wheel.

   Great Kit for intermediate or expert builders

   Have fun building the Merkava IDF Main Battle Tank

   Very nice kit. A lot of room for customization. The building process is challenging yet not impossible. The finished build is very realistic, detailed, and cool-looking, if you did it the right way. The size is great too. Not too small, like some WWII tank, but just the right size for display on my shelf.
   I would highly recommend this model for any modeler with some model kit building experience. For beginners, this kit may be a bit challenging, as it requires some extent of customization and ordering.
   Overall, it is a nice to have addition to any tank fans collection

   Not my first model but, certainly the first one from Meng. Detail is outstanding yet, the fit of the parts has been drastically disappointing. Flash on the parts is much worse than some much cheaper models (and I have done quite a few) and some are so far out of center that even filing, cutting and clamping can’t eliminate huge gaps. Honestly, it could have simply been a lemon but being my first Meng model I can’t really state that this is the norm. Regardless, I had also ordered their T90 and should The quality be like this one, it will certainly be my last from this brand. Based on reviews I am led to believe that I just got a bad sample so take this with a grain of salt, however be ware

   This is my first scale model purchase of a Meng Models brand kit. This kit is one of the earlier offerings from Meng who is a relatively newcomer to the model kit industry. This kit doesn’t disappoint at all. The detail is amazing the instructions were clear and the fit of the model was flawless. I didn’t need a single bit of putty for filler anywhere on the model. The flashing was minute and easily sanded with little effort. The plastic wasn’t brittle and cut off the sprue like a dream. The kit included two different options for wheel (rubber or steel) as well as individual precut track pieces. What a relief it was not having to cut 250 pieces of track from their own sprue. That was almost worth the price on it’s own. Other manufacturers should get a clue. I am not very much of a scratch builders so the fact that this model included tons of detail parts was great for me. I hate spending $50-$60 on a model kit only to have to spend another $40-$50 on aftermarket parts. If the company wants to earn a good reputation and make a great model you should be able to build it out of the box and get great results. Meng lived up to that with this model. I will be buying more models from Meng in the very near future.
