   This is the third MENG model I have purchased, and again was not disappointed. The build quality is excellent, particularly the level of detail; although there’s not enough to display the internal workings of the tank (I think that’s something you get with the MK V Male), there’s enough that vision panels and smaller hatches can be left open to see limited interior details. Instructions are clear and well illustrated, thought has even been given to the packaging it comes in – some kind of corrugated styrene as opposed to the usual card.

   This particular model provides the option of either an wooden fascine cage, or the unditching beam shown on the box cover. My only gripe (and this applies to all 1/35 models) is that the Hotchkiss machine guns tend to be too fragile; they will eventually bend either through (my) clumsy handling, or ‘somehow’ of their own volition.

   Large box, many pieces. looks like it will make a fine model.
