Good for covering larger areas or car body with primer on plastic scale model kits. Would not recommend for the final colour coat. Needs practice to get used to it.

to take off the needle is wrong size and doesn’t matter how tight I will do it it won’t stay in place which is horrible for my job I have another one and just wanted to get a new one sadly gotta use my old because impossible to work with it

I was hand painting my concrete patio and lawn ornaments. The results were good but lengthy. Decided to try airbrushing. Tried a couple dual action brushes. Nothing against them, they are fabulous and would probably fit the bill if I was a more patient person willing to take a class. Did watch a couple tutorials which helped. Anyway I decided to try the Paache single action brush after reading reviews. Well it changed the whole game for me. Quick paint changes, fast cleaning and great coverage. I work on a larger scale for the most part. I get the effects I want in half the time now.

Like it does what is advertised

works, easier to clean than some other airbrushes. it is a bit fiddly to set up because when you take it apart to clean you loose your sweet spot setting

This is a workhorse of an airbrish, no frills, no gimmicks, just solid time-tested performance. It is a single action but if you know how to use an airbrush that won’t slow you down. It’s easy to use and easy to clean and will do whatever you need it to do.

Some say this is a good beginners airbrush but I say it is a good airbrush period.
I have been airbrushing for five years and I have a few airbrushes. This Paasche Airbrush is still one of my go to airbrushed. It is very easy to operate and very easy to clean.
Yes it would be good for a beginner but I think it has many uses for someone who has been airbrushing for many years. I find it a good brush for spraying one solid color on a model such as the Primer coat.
Overall I am a big fan of this Airbrush.

Bought the same airbrush nine years apart. The old ones came with heavy glass jars, but the new ones are plastic. I really appreciate the glass jars for the colors I mix.

my only problem is the set screw is American threads, the allen wrench provided is metric, therefore useless. unless you have a knowledge of proper tools you’d be screwed on trying to clean and make adjustments on the paint brush. also the first airbrush I purchased over 10 years ago had the very same issue , surprised this is still going on …
