This is an old kit reboxed by Revell. On the side of the box you have photos of the made model . I cannot believe in one picture of the nose it shows a massive gap 🥺. Your going to new to put in a lot of work . Best of luck .

My grandson was thrilled with this gift. He is 11 years old and received this for his birthday. It wasn’t what he picked out, it was better! When it is complete, he will hang it in his room using fishing line so it looks like it’s in flying formation – that alone has him excited to get it finished. He loves it!

This is a relatively old, simple kit and builds into an impressive whole. Not super detailed, and had some fit issues around engine nacelles which required filling and sanding. Overall, though, great value. if you want to go mad on detail, buy Tamiya at many times the cost!

Have lots of putty, sand paper and patience! It’s typical of Revell…I don’t mind sanding and such but there were some huge gaps and the clear parts were molded pretty sloppy. It has a single engine…I would have given this model five stars if it had two engines. The fuselage went together better than most and it has a few good interior details. Overall I think it’s over priced at $50.00 I would think a price tag of $35.00 with free shipping would be the most I would want to pay for this. I just purchased a Hasegawa 1/32 P40 with twice as many parts for the same price and it’s a far superior kit. I really didn’t do much detail on this model as I wasn’t happy at all with the sloppy fit of it. I was glad to push it out of the way and be done with it. I will most likely use it as a wreck on a diorama.

Fantastic model the detail is spot on with the original plane lots of nice little touches such as the engine on display if you want it the cockpit is right on the money I’ve seen the cockpit on a real mosquito and the model is superb not a model for the beginner though there are some fiddly pieces but a great model for the enthusiast.

No problem at all with all the items that I bought. Delivered on time as they promised given the time’s the world is in due to the pandemic.

Overall it’s a good kit, but there are several places that need filling, sanding and trimming. A beginner can put it together easily but in order to make it look good it takes some effort and patience. The only really odd thing is the color the model was molded in, a odd colored light blue, so painting it is a must.
    Update:
Now that the model is finished, I need to add to my original review.
It’s a great kit of a great airplane, but Revell really should have molded the canopy in one piece. The two halves line up OK but leave a ragged joint where they join and must be sanded and smoothed carefully. The way the props are attached do not work too well either. The rest of the model goes together fairly easily and smoothly. Decals slide easily and seem to attach themselves well. Use decal set to make sure the last, sometimes I use a clear spray over the entire model, but if you do that, be sure to spray it before putting the clear pieces on or they WILL get fogged up and be ruined.

Excellent quality and very nice model details.
Excelente calidad de material detalles del modelo excelentes, para los entendidos en Revell, saben a lo que me refiero.

First attempt at model making so hope its size, 1/32, will make it easier to make.

Its a ok model kit, very basic actually. I also bought a 1/72 scale Tamiya Mosquito as well and the Tamiya actually has more cockpit detail and better finish. Yes this is a large model and for the price it is ok but to make it look good you’ll need to do a lot of modifications, sanding, and filling to get it right.

This is the old Revell kit so don’t expect a Tamiya or Hasegawa type kit. While it doesn’t have great detail in the wheel wells, cockpit or bomb bay, it doesn’t break the bank to have a large scale Mossie and is easier to build than the Tamiya or Hasegawa type kits….and it definitely looks like a Mosquito! It also has decal choices of two different aircraft.

This is my second lockdown model build after the similarly priced Revell 1/32 mkIXc Spitfire which is technically a more difficult build. This was definately the more difficult and frustrating in a way as near enough every piece needed adjusting in some respect to get a good fit up and it is quite a basic model. I found the Spitfire a more enjoyable build as a ‘born again modeller’, and as that is about the same price I would probably look at those level 5 builds again, but not an ‘easier’ build model like this…. However, it still looks great once completed with good scope to add your own details
