Goddeeris Thierri –
Veel stukjes van het te bouwen schip zijn niet volledig afgewerkt ; zelfs zijn er op de doos afbeeldingen te zien die niet worden uitgelegd en er zijn stukjes waarvan geen uitleg gegeven wordt!
Aleks –
Good model for beginners
Cartella Orazio –
Poco precisi nei componenti soprattutto nelle reti che vanno incollate agli alberi sono fuori linea disassati
Sven Marquardt –
sieht gut aus. Hat mich allerdings nicht umgehauen. Vielleicht ist es nicht mein Ding. Vielleicht sind Flugzeuge mehr meine Richtung.
Kid Icarus –
Good kit I got it for $40 back in 2020. obviosuly prices go up every year on stuff! 🙁 I can say it was very indepth including the jury rig of the support the ship’s compliment had used during the voyage so the top deck would not collapse during the storm at sea on the way to the New World. comes with paint, and everything you need to build and make look as the ship should. I will say if you plan on “option two” rigging with the cable(included two strings in reels) the directions are unclear. I am not an expert on rigging and if you are a beginner as I am you won’t find a lot of clear guides on how. for once thing it says “no cutting the line” then how are you supposed to postioni certain line to tie if you can’t even cut the spooled string where it needs to be “tied” off. is in naval gnotting. I had planned on putting this together and bringing it over to my follk’s house for Thanksgiving later that November for my Dad to see as we ate dinner, he was very sick. was unable to complete the kit because the rigging directions are quite unclear. Unfortunately he passed on in December of 2020 of Lung cancer. So I’ve had little energy to assemble this kit. I still want to for my sake, but have yet to find concise directions on rigging anywhere on google. or youtube. or really any sort of information on the details of rigging of any kind on the internet, a PDF would be nice. the written directions are hard to understand and very bad illustrations or rigging this Mayflower 400th anniversary edition.
