I believe this is a reboxing of the older tristar kits.
This is an extremely complicated kit. Lots of parts. And super tiny. Like, you are going to need a new pair of glasses after you build this kit. There are even individual rivets that must be shaved off the sprue and glued to the drive sprocket. Not for beginners.
Detail is amazing, but the fit can be iffy in places. There are some issues with the front armor. Not sure what the intention was as it does not go together cleanly. And the rear top of the hull does not mate cleanly with the bottom half.
Part clean-up is very time consuming. I’ve never seen such huge plastic gates on parts before. I’m not kidding when I say I’ve cut myself at least three time cleaning parts up.
I bought modelkasten tracks for this (SK26-III which isn’t exactly for this model, but the parts match the kit ones), as the kit supplied ones are not workable. But the kits tracks are quite detailed if you want to go this route.
