Ordered the first plane and it came with a loose rear fin. The second one arrived in the same condition. It’s the same right hand fin that is defective. Has no tension so it just flips around.

I’ve always wanted a Jolly Rogers F-14 model, and decided to finally add one to my shelf this year.
PROS:
– Pretty detailed for 1:72 scale, especially on the fuselage
– Wings can be swept forward or back; horizontal stabilizer adjustable as well
– Adjustable load out for Phoenix, Sparrow, and Sidewinder missiles; two fuel tanks and 3 landing gears
– Can be displayed with landing gears or on the stand
CONS:
– While it’s nice that the load out can be adjusted, the fit is very flimsy, with general tolerancing issues all-around
– Landing gear compartments not closable, so if you don’t have the gears on, the whole thing looks slightly off
– Something is off with the center of gravity when the wings are swept back, aircraft will fall on its rear side
– Box and documentation inserts are all in Chinese, this bad boy shipped straight from China. That might bother some people

This is a nicely made scale replica. Unfortunately the one I recieved had been opened and damaged before arrival and will have to be sent back.
