I really really wanted to like this spray gun. I’ve heard great things about them but I usually stick with Iwata. My screw that holds in the fan pattern had backed out and disappeared into the ether. Contacted them and they wanted me to buy a whole new pattern knob etc…. I felt like this was a problem in their product design and that really turned me off. Also, it would have been nice if a wrench was included for the nozzle but that wasn’t a deal killer. Just save your money and get an Iwata. I really hate saying that but it’s true.

I am new to HVLP spray guns and have an electric one as well as this one. I have also have a High Pressure Spray gut that I never was impressed with as it wasted a lot of paint and was more for painting large surfaces. Haven’t used it for years and never got good with it. When I bought this one I was concerned that my 6 gal Nail Gun compressor wouldn’t have the power to work properly. I never ran out of air but then I also was slow in accessing the many different sections of this skeleton frame. My project was to spray primer and then paint onto a 1 1/4 metal skeleton frame for a piece of office furniture. The small size and small tip allowed me to have a small spray pattern and to get in close without having any runs or sags. The gun comes with a .8 mm spray head and reports there are options for a .5 and 1.0 mm head. In all I took about 6 oz of primer for the first coat /second coats total and about 4 oz of paint to get the job done. I needed this small gun so I would not have to deal with a overly large spray pattern. After some videos, some trials and errors I figured it out and obtained a very nice job painting this project. And then there was the cleanup of the rust inhibitor primer (oil based). The Paasche Instructions sheet explained the process very well and I it tool less than 15 minutes and the the water base Alkyd Urethane paint was even easier. Very pleased with the results , the clean up and controllability of this gun. This gun isClearly labeled as a Passche product, in a Paasche box, has Paasche instructions and has a nice finish throughout. I consider this an excellent gun of high quality very controllable.

I own many spray guns. I bought this one to be able to lay down paint when accuracy isn’t critical, such as base layers or sealers.

I was pleasantly surprised with how even the paint flowed. The spray gun is highly adjustable allowing for a wide range of applications. The only fault I have found is the spray adjustment on the side is really easy to move with your finger while painting. I need to keep an eye on it. Tried to tighten the set screw with no luck in increasing the tension on the adjustment knob. Not a huge issue, but worth noting nonetheless.
This is easy to recommend due to the performance and price point.

They turn out quality airbrushes and now an affordable help perfect size for applying Cerakote to small items and does it well

Bought this item May 2020 and was finally able to give it a try. Overall I like this little spray gun. Easy to clean up and easy to adjust. Actually a little too easy to adjust. Most HVLP guns I’ve used in the past had the fan adjust on the rear. This one is on the side. It sits just about where your thumb would rest. The adjustment knobs spins quite easily. I found myself accidentally changing the spray fan pattern without realizing it. I took off the know which is held on my a small Phillips screw. I got three small O rings and stacked them around the adjustment shaft. This gives some friction on the knob and should keep it from moving so easily. This is the only reason I can’t give it 5 stars. I will also say during my first cleanup with acetone the finish stayed on and didn’t start to peel like some other reviews.

This is a wonderful little gun. The overall fit and finish are excellent for the price if you are spraying thinner material

Outstanding for airbrushing hoodies. Gets as fine as you’d want. Hasn’t clogged yet! Sturdy!

For the price, this gun performs well. I own a number of high-priced quality guns and airbrushes which cost hundreds, and for the cost of this .8 tip gun, I can’t complain about anything. It’s extremely easy to clean. I use it for solvent based coatings.

Chinese gun apparently, but with improved seals and better quality attention to detail. Blue colour is simple paint , and deteriorates after first use of the gun – looks anodized, but isn’t. Quality of spray is better than Chinese standard. If seals stay good I will use the gun quite a bit.
