Die Anzahl der Teile ist überschaubar. Dabei gibt es nur sehr wenige wirklich kleine Teile. Ich habe das Modell drei Mal gestellt – für mich und meine beiden Söhne. Die Anleitung war auf englisch, französisch und spanisch verfasst – leider keine deutsche Anleitung dabei. Wie bei diesen Modellen üblich musste man Kleber, Farbe und benötigtes Werkzeug separat erwerben. Die Farben wurden lapidar z.B. als “Black-Green”, “Blue” oder “Brown” aufgelistet. Hier hätte ich mehr erwartet. So hatte im Original das Reichsluftfahrtsministerium (RLM) die Hauptfarben ziemlich genau festgelegt. Nämlich RLM 65 für die blaue Unterseite sowie RLM 70 und RLM 71 für den Tarnanstrich. Bei Vallejo (ModelAir Farbe) sind das die Art.Nr: 71.255, 71.021 und 71.015.
Die Kunststoffteile passten allesamt ordentlich aufeinander. Spachtelarbeiten und Nachschleifen, damit man z.B. die Klebenähte am Rumpf nicht sieht, blieben auf “normalem” Maß. Erstaunt war ich jedoch, dass man vier Löcher als Halterung für die Kanonen selbst bohren musste. So etwas ist eigentlich unüblich – wohl dem, der einen Dremel hat.
In dem Arbeitsgang kann man dann auch die Rohrmündung bohren, weil es blöd aussieht, wenn die Kanonrohre vorne stumpf zu sind. Apropos Kanonen: Hier ist Revell ein Fehler unterlaufen: Anstatt dass die beiden Kanonen mit ihren kleinen “Flügelchen” spiegelverkehrt zueinander sind, waren beide Kanonen (trotz unterschiedlicher Teilenummer) exakt gleich. Hier musste dann ein wenig ummodelliert werden. Ziemlich verzwickt ist übrigens das Bemalen der Cockpithaube Wer das gut hinbekommen hat, darf gerne verraten WIE. Ich hatte nach dem Abziehen des Tamiya-Maskierungs-Kleberbands Kleberückstände auf den Klarsichtteilen. Auch hält die Farbe dort sehr schlecht. Schade – die beiden Figuren im Inneren sind damit kaum zu erkennen.
Nicht beurteilen möchte ich die Originlatreue des Modells – das überlasse ich lieber Leuten, die sich damit beschäftigt haben.
Das Zusammenbauen hat Spaß gemacht. Gemessen am Preis sind die aufgeführten Schwächen durchaus hinnehmbar. Für meine beiden Jungs war es das erste Plastikmodell. Und auch, wenn die beiden wesentlich weniger akribisch als ich an die Sache rangingen, stellte sich schnell ein Erfolgserlebnis ein und die Flieger sind durchaus ansehnlich.

Llego bien, llego a tiempo y muy bien empaquetado. La caja sin abolladuras ni maltratada, buen servicio de la fletera. Llego el articulo con todas sus piezas, sus calcomanias y el instructivo. La escala es la correcta,1/48. Ninguna de sus pieza estaba rota. Aunque todavÃa no lo he empezado a armar en términos generales su calidad es bastante buena, solo los pilotos son un poco toscos, pero todo lo demás esta a la altura de mis expectativas. Se le pueden hacer muchos arreglos para mejorar este avión pero esto ya es cosa de quien se dedique a armarlo.

Size of the parts are large enough to assemble easily. However, the cockpit canopy was difficult to align well with the body.
Position of the gunner is too far from the rear gun. There is no defined position to mount the gun and it kept falling off while assembling. I had to use glue to stick the gun in a fixed position.
Some of the decals are extremely small and may be lost if not taken proper care.
The Nazi flag on the aircraft tail is not available as decal even though this flag was present on every Luftwaffe aircraft.
Suggestions for the colors to be painted are poor and a color image of the final aicraft is not available in the manual. The black green shade suggested in the manual ended up obscuring most of the decals.
Use your own imagination or original camouflage patterns applied on Stukas for painting the kit.

Revell are stinkers, really old kit so should av sorted the cannons by now! BEWARE A LOT OF WORK, to correct their laziness! Good luck, have fun..

An older kit but a lot better than the ones I made in the 60s and 70s. All goes together nicely. Comes with crew which are more often than not omitted from modern kits. Only modification I made was to drill out the gun barrels.

The quality of the kit is not great. Extremely simple, poor molding, and I would only recommend for young kids or first time modelers. If you spend a lot of time (5-8+ hours) on painting it will look ok, but I will certainly never be purchasing revel again. It’s probably the worst quality kit I have ever purchased and far below the standards of other companies such as Tamiya, AFV Club, or Academy, etc.

Alright kit. Not the greatest but thats what I’ve come to expect from revell kits from the 60s. As it was first molded from the 60s, it was meant more as a toy when it was first made so there is not many parts, not much cockpit detail, and raised panel lines. Good value for money I guess.

Goes together nicely. Fun to build and an easy build. Turns out well. Good paint job makes it even better.

This kit needed special care in order to assemble properly. The one cannon needed to be modified and some putty was used. The upper and lower wings didn’t match up. Its an old kit but once you apply a small amount of work, it comes out pretty good. Adult supervision is a must if children are building this, but thats what modeling is for.

La relación precio/calidad es razonable. Aunque indica que es Nivel 4, tiene pocas piezas (menos de 50) y es sencillo de montar, como si fuera Nivel 3. Las calcomanias no incluyen las svasticas de la cola, esto le resta realismo. Otras marcas si la incluyen.

this is a very old kit so be ready too work on it the anti tank guns are not right both are handed but in real life they were not cockpit detail is not to scale would be a good kit to start a young modeller on

This was a fun project… like others said the mold seems pretty old but non the less i liked the way the final product came out. Take your time and enjoy it. It looks great when you are gone.
