    This kit is quality built that I was able to build as my first model kit. In regards of the person who bought this boat for his kid I don’t see why he/she couldn’t turn this into family bonding and build this with their child over the weekend.

    Great design at an acceptable price. Through you need to buy some extra tools to make the model exquisite.
    There is no sealing or warping for the cardboard boxing, which made the box wreck a little bit. But since the inside parts are okay, so no need to return.

    I am a Tamiya guy through and through. I love their models and I love the details. I bought this one because I wanted to build something different since I mainly build the 1/35th tanks. This one is a challenge since there are a lot of very very small pieces that need to be assembled. Patience and time is the best route on this one. I am still working on this but I am very pleased with this.

    結論からいうと大和よりも作りやすくデキもよかったです
    対空兵器も結構多く難しいと思っていましたが作ってみると意外にサクサク作れました
    初心者にもおすすめです

    Very impressive ship, with normal standard Tamiya quality.
    Not so complex to build and with many details.
    All parts macht exactely and there is almost no need to remove chips.
    The price is good for the quality of the model.

    初めて戦艦を作りました。かなり細かい部品がいっぱいで大変でした。塗装も上手く要領よくやらないと上手くいかないかもしれません。うまくいけばカッコいい戦艦です。

    戦艦はプラモ好きにとっては外せない商品ですが初心者には説明書が読みにくい気がします。

    While this item is identified as a model in small print, this information should be listed at the top in the title. “Toy battleship” was used in the search that pulled this up and the picture shows it fully constructed. My son was hugely disappointed after anxiously checking the mail for days in hopes of playing with this with his plastic army men. He will not even be able to build this for several years. Items like this should come with a recommended age as do most items listed as toys.
