    I like the detail of the kit.
    Some of the parts are difficult to identify location/orientation when referring to the plans. But all in all a nice kit.

    I used to build models when I was a kid. This is my first in decades. It is challenging. You’ll need tweezers. Patience. And good eyes. A lot of the pieces are very small and fit into nooks. The directions aren’t as clear as they should be for how exactly pieces fit together. Not most, but some. *Pay special attention to the windshield and keep test-fitting it once you start building the front onboard panel/computer*

    That said, I like challenging and I enjoyed putting it together and painting it. I got my nerd on… time well spent.

    Sehr gutes Oberflächendetail, Bewaffnung auch detailliert. Beim Zusammenbau manchmal nicht gut passend, aber nichts das sich nicht beheben lässt.

    This product is very cheaply made and some of the parts come warped and it doesn’t fit when assembly.

    This was a great product for a beginner model builder. It was challenging, but it wasn’t too hard. I also had a great teacher for advice on how to build it and paint it. Because of his teaching it turned out pretty great. I am pleased with the product (its also my favorite military helicopter).

    Though I feel I should explain my star ratings above. The construction of the Longbow was enormous fun and I recommend model building to anyone with patience. The educational value isn’t much because it only has a small blurb on the instructions that barely scratches the surface. But you also learn what it looks like. Being a model it isn’t something I would recommend to play with, but it will hold together if the instructions are followed correctly. Overall I liked it a lot and think it is an excellent model to begin with.
